acceptance:
When you order from the website you are indicating that you accept the terms and conditions, please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

pictures:
All the images, specifications and advertising on the site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description. The intention is to make sure that all the information on the website should be up to date and accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages.

pricing:
In an event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not your order has been confirmed, if the credit card has already been charged we will immediately credit your card account with the amount in value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). However we would notify you about this in advance should there be any changes. On your order you must provide us with exact billing address and supply a contact telephone number which will be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. We cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

availability:
All products and service are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, if goods cannot be supplied at any time you will be refunded any money that has been received in payments for the goods.
