RETURN POLICY

I ordered a SALE ITEM but I want to return it. Can I do that?

No. Sale items cannot be returned for size exchanges under any Circumstances.

Please make sure it is the size you require by Referring to our size charts.I

 

I ordered the wrong size. I need a bigger/smaller shirt.

Return the t-shirt to us along with your invoice and write on it the size you need. Please ensure you return the t-shirt to us folded and packaged neatly. We can't print a new size for you until we've received your returned shirt. We offer 1 size exchange free of charge. You can request a color change for your replacement if you wish.

 

My shirt has a flaw/hole/print error.

Email us here sales@sugarappledesign.com to let us know, we'll organize a replacement right away. Then return the shirt to us.I don't like the shirt design/color I've received.

 

Can I return it for a refund?

Yes you can, as long as it's unworn and returned to us neatly packaged. We'll refund your credit card on receipt of the return.

 

You've sent me the wrong t-shirt.

Ooops. Sorry. We do make the occasional packing error. Email us here sales@sugarappledesign.com to let us know the details and we'll get the right one sent to you.

In an event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not your order has been confirmed, if the credit card has already been charged we will immediately credit your card account with the amount in value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). However we would notify you about this in advance should there be any changes. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. We cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.
